Staff were great, but especially Gloria H. We were here for five days. Gloria was always quick to see to our needs, including getting the ice machine fixed. We found nothing to fault and really enjoyed our stay.

Awful. Wifi is so slow it's unusable. I tried two rooms and paid for the premium service and still barely got a tricjle. This is also a run down property that doesn't deserve westin name. Makes a Sheraton feel luxurious. Avoid avoid.

I expected a bit more of a Westin. The room needed to be updated (window didn't shut, wall paper torn, AC didn't work properly); the door didn't lock (missing the knob for the deadbolt) so I needed to slide the credenza in front of it a bit. This hotel is right downtown, right around the corner from Larimer Square, where there are some nice shops and restaurants. In Denver for a conference and was lucky enough to be booked into the Westin. It is a bit of a tease because my corporate policy rarely allows such a nice hotel. Staff is pleasant and helpful. The lobby bar staffed by Nikki and Elizabeth is a great place to unwind.
