If your looking for just a room at an economy rate, this is the place. It wasn't updated, but clean. I would suggest a non-smoking room. The only room left on the days we stayed were smoking, and they reaked! Not the hotel's problem, it was a smoking room.

We were looking for a Choice Hotel near Manitou and this is what they recommended. We chose a room with a Jacuzzi. The hotel is on a very busy street.
