Small, simple room but very clean. Perfect for a night or 2. Close to garden of the gods & pikes peak. Friendly owners and affordable.

This was a very nice motel. It is very reasonably priced so don't expect lots of extra frills. The proprietors were very friendly and helpful. It is also close to most of the area attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

After looking over the room, we decided to go elsewhere. The rooms are small. The smell in the room was so strong that it was hard to breathe. Appeared dirty and unkept. Ice machine was broken
