It looks like my earlier concerns about this RV park have been addressed. The new owners of this park have built a nice fence where the posts used to be that allow you to see the hiking/bike path and creek. According to emails I've received, the campground has been refreshed with new landscaping and redecorated facilities. I get the motoryhome... More

We stayed here two nights at the end of May in one of their camper cabins. It was cute and clean. The restrooms/shower houses were clean and had hot water which made it nice on the cool mountain mornings. There is plenty to do after a long day if your not tired out. Otherwise we enjoyed just sitting on the... More

Spots are a little tight/close together. Otherwise, this campground was just wonderful! Clean comfort station, nice laundry facilities, pleasant people, and plenty of amenities. We were even invited to a camper's BBQ one evening. The other visitors were also very friendly. Close to Manitou Springs and varous tourist attractions... We'll visit this location again!

This is a nice campground in a good location. Very clean grounds and restrooms. They had excellent barbecue offered by an outside vendor for $ 7 a plat in a nice area available with picnic tables. We would stay here again.

Because we had pleasant memories of several previous camping experiences here (~10 years ago and ~15 years ago), we made a point of finding this campground on a return visit to Colorado Springs this summer. We had another great camping experience here and felt that everything was well maintained. One of the most important pluses is that the restrooms were... More

We were returning from a camping trip along the continental divide and the location for this campground just worked out. The AAA listing also worked into out decision. We elected to try their cabins instead of pitching our tent. For only $10 more it was a good deal. The cabin was hot and stuffy when we first walked in, but... More

Like most RV parks, the sites are very open and packed together. Since they charge per person, it's rather expensive for what it is for a family to camp there. The wifi can only be used by one device at a time, so my tech-starved kids had to take turns. Usually not a problem, but we had been camping and... More

Loved the place, the pull thru sites are a little unlevel, but not too bad. The location is just stunning and it is just a quick walk to the park. Had the BBQ chicken and ribs on the Sunday, outstanding...

Free Internet yes. Good Internet NO! Do not plan on being able to do any business while at this campground as the Internet is slower than dial up if you get reception. This is by far the worst campground I have ever stayed at for WiFi reception. Yes, I know this is vacation. But when you own your own business... More

Ok, I am only reviewing the cabins and we only stayed for one night, but I felt I had to comment on a few things. Manitou Springs is a goofy, historic place and we love to come down here from Denver and spend a day and usually a night. However-even with the fire recently, and perhaps because of the fire,...
