Very very clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. they were nice people. they were ready for us and kneew who we were on arrival. We liked it. a microwave would have been useful. also a small fridge would have been good. over all we enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are very bare bones, but clean and very nicely situated next to the riverwalk and for a view of Pike's Peak and entry to the hiking and biking. The service was good. The managers very accommodating and pleasant to do business with.
