We stayed on a Sunday night - no noise. Rooms are small but clean and comfy. Staff are delightful and helpful. Breakfast was average, but coffee was excellent. Overall good value and very close to downtown - about a 10 minute walk. I recommend Foolish Craig's Cafe in downtown for lunch or dinner - excellent. More
