The rooms at this Quality Inn & Suites are slightly upgraded compared to the standard motel room. However, the walls are paper thin at this property, making sleep quality an issue when you can clearly hear conversations in adjacent rooms. Complimentary breakfast was a bit of a let down with watered down waffle mix, stale bagels, and flavorless instant eggs....

We love this hotel and its staff, the hotel is always updating their property so there is always something new to look forward to when we arrive yearly to visit our son at the University of Colorado. The hotel was quite when we were there so maybe the other people who had problems with this were there during football weekends...

My wife and I stayed her for one night to check out the town of Boulder, stop by some local breweries and do some hiking. Overall we were very pleased with this hotel. It's location is great - roughly a 15 minute walk from Pearl Street. Also the complimentary breakfast was better than we expected. Including scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits...

The rooms at this motel are fairly standard. They are average in size, but comfortable and generally clean. The bathrooms are small, but if you have realistic expectations in line with the price, then it is a good experience. There are a few noise issues depending on where you stay. Downstairs can be noisy with cars coming and going. Upstairs...

.. that mean a lot. Unexpected in a motel. Soft towels, bathrobes, free wi-fi. Impeccably clean and well maintained, centrally located, friendly and helpful staff, free coffee and cookies in the lobby. A wide-screen TV that actually has HD channels. Breakfast is the usual free fare - bacon&eggs, make-your-own waffles, pastries & juice, yogurt & cereal. But, hey, it's free....

The motel is about 10 minutes walk from Pearl street. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are rustic but clean and cosy and have flat screen TVs, the bathrooms are very small. There is a pool but it didn't look too inviting and the gym is very basic with a couple of bits of kit. The...

Spent 4 nights recently on a business trip.
This is a relatively small hotel in a small spot, tucked in on Arapahoe Ave, pretty much adjacent to the CU campus. The location is great as it is pretty much right in the middle of town. If you like to get out and walk around or bike around, this is a...

We stayed on a Sunday night - no noise. Rooms are small but clean and comfy. Staff are delightful and helpful. Breakfast was average, but coffee was excellent.
Overall good value and very close to downtown - about a 10 minute walk.
I recommend Foolish Craig's Cafe in downtown for lunch or dinner - excellent.
