I had a great time at Wicky-Up. Jack and Monica were the perfect hosts - any questions or problems that came up, they were quick to help. I actually ran into their place by chance - they just happened to have a room for the days I needed (in the summer hot months - hard to find a place last... More

My Husband and I were recommended the Wicky-up by a close friend but had never been to a B&B and were unsure what to expect. We ended up having a fabulous time. Delicious Breakfasts and attention given to everything. Monica and Jack were very welcoming and friendly. Monica helped us plan our days and gave us all the details we... More

My wife and I recently spent 3 nights at Wicky-up for the second time, after having been here 2 years prior. We had loved the house and the personal attention from the hosts, so we decided to go back. We were very glad we chose Wicky-Up as our B&B for this Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park visits. The hosts... More

I had read all of the fantastic reviews of the Wicky-Up Ranch and was really looking forward to a couple of nights there. What everyone said about the owners being very welcoming and friendly is definitely true. You get the grand tour and a history of the place as soon as you arrive. Monica goes out of her way to... Wicky-up is a great find for anyone who wants to experience a historic home (100 years old) which is beautifully built, immaculately clean, and full of wonderful stories. Jack and Monica are wonderfully warm without being intrusive. I enjoyed the breakfasts which were deliciously fresh - - it was a great time, talking to other guests and hearing stories from... More

What a lovely old home of so many generations in Monica's family. Both Monica and Jack are warm and inviting, and the breakfasts are scrumptious! Everything immaculately decorated and spotlessly clean. It was great to be able to walk into the kitchen, get a cup of coffee, and visit with our hosts about living in this fertile California valley. They... More

Monica and Jack are the most wonderful hosts. Every detail is accounted for, from the fresh cookies and flowers, to the evening port and bedside chocolates. They even gave us a card for our anniversary, which we were celebrating during the trip. As stated by every other reviewer, the breakfasts are magnificent! Fresh flowers adorn creative recipes containing local and... More

Innkeeper Monica is the fourth generation of her family to inhabit this modernized 100+ year-old home. It is beatiful and chock full of pictures and memorabilia of her very interesting family history. Monica and husband Jack maintain orange groves that were started by her great-great-grandfather. If you wish they will expound upon the intracies of farming and the history of... More

We stayed at the Wicky Up during a trip to Sequoia and King's Canyon National Parks. This lovely B&B offered comfortable accommodations and a ton of charm. The breakfasts made with fresh local ingredients can't be beat. My husband and I enjoyed meeting the other guests, walking on the orange grove and chatting with the owners each day. We would... More

We stayed at Wicky-up Ranch for only one night, but the experiences were great and will stay with us forever. First the hosts- Jack and Monica- made sure we have had the best advice possible to feel at home. Second the home full of old-tme charm and every detail is thought through, starting with bueaytiful entryway, bedrooms. Even the shower... More
