“Four Seasons meets the Holiday Inn”

If you are used to staying at Four Seasons resorts this property may disappoint you. It is located freeway adjacent in Westlake and doesn't have a whole lot of character or appeal. The rooms are average and the overall atmosphere of the place is somewhat stale. The usual excellent Four Seasons service still exists and the Sunday brunch is excellent.... More

“Great Hotel & Great Service”

The service at the hotel was great, as was the food. The toiletries in the room are from "L'Occtaine En Provence" & are very nice. All the meals we ate at the hotel were excellent. “Not quite up to the Four Seasons experience we are used to”

“Excellent room and service from arrival to departure.”

We had a suite and another room. Both were lovely. The suite had more amenities and was much better than a regular room. We had our golden retirever and hamster with us and they were made to feel just as welcomed as we were!

My daughter and I went to the hotel for a weekend getaway. We've stayed at five-star hotels before, but never a Four Seasons. Our expectations were high. The personnel were wonderful. “Oasis”

Beautiful hotel! 20 minute drive to Pepperdine and Malibu...easy commute to airport if you avoid rush hours. Very clean, classic and quiet. Luxurious rooms and friendly service. One of my favorite hotels and I am an experienced, picky traveler!
