This isn't the four seasons...It's dirtier than a motel near LAX. Take all your notions about a clean little cabin getaway in the mountains and toss them out the window! It's a dirty little hole in the wall way out in the boonies staffed with rude little trolls that lack the most fundamental customer service skills. On the other hand,... More

I took myself to Warner Springs for a couple days of rest and relaxation. My experience was wonderful! I had an older room with a fire place which was just great. One morning I got up walked across the street to Golf Course walked around back and took off for a run. I ran for about 7 or so miles,... More

First: Ignore the negative reviews unless a Four Seasons resort is the only thing you consider an acceptable getaway. I've been to numerous Four Seasons and 4 and 5 star resorts and that experience is lovely and is what it is. Warner Springs Ranch is a completely unique "old school" and in many ways nostalgic and old fashioned simple lovely... More

We spent the weekend with 12 family members ages 5-80 (one handicapped and in motorized wheelchair) and one dog. Although the rooms are run down, the resort is beyond phenomenal. The lodge offers a hot spring fed pool, spa, equestrian center, trails, pool, ping pong, shuffle board, tennis, basketball, sauna, lodge, cantina and restaurant. I am sure there is more, we... More

We went for an afternoon relaxation. There were only about a dozen people there,it was quiet ,beautiful and the water incredible, soothing music gently played... the hot pool on this chilly Nov. day was just the ticket.... until we went into the locker room to dress and leave. My daughter-in-law's boots had been stolen ! Another lady discovered that her... More

Even as I write this, the sale of the Warner Springs Ranch property (hotel, spa, golf course, etc.) is moving forward. The Pala Indian tribe is in escrow to purchase the entire facility, but the sale is going slowly. In the 1980's, the Ranch was sold to 1200 separate owners in what amounts to a cooperative. Over the years many... More

We have visited this place twice now, once in cloudy and once in sunny weather, and loved both times very much. I always tell people: don't expect the glitter and glam that the title "resort" usually brings to mind, but do expect nice looking casita's and surroundings, lots of room, a main lodge with free fresh, piping hot, delicious coffee... Honestly, I don't know what these people are talking about. Warner Springs Ranch is a dude ranch type experience, not a luxury resort and that seems clear enough to me on the website. You should assume you are going to stay in ranch cabanas with the added benefit of an historic lodge, amazing mineral pools, tennis courts and horseback riding.... More

This resort is an old resort that should be given more respect than what I have read here. It is under new ownership, and its been having its hard knocks. If you can get passed the few minor flaws that are going on. I believe you will feel the beauty. The other review that they were "Only there an hour."... More

It was difficult to make a reservation as I kept getting a recording. After about 4 hours, someone called me back and I had the reservation. I was determined to take my fiancee' for a weekend getaway as a birthday surprise. Warner Springs Resort has a beautiful website, but that's about it. Upon arrival, we were met by a less-than-polite... More
