We stayed five days. First the bad news... the rooms need a good cleaning. There was some mold spots in the fixtures and whatnot around the bathroom tub. The tub was only cleaned once, when it had big rings showing, (and the mold was missed again). The sink area was never wiped. The toilet never cleaned, with a ring beginning... More

The service at this place is substandard Marriott service. The air conditioner was noisy and AC in adjoining rooms were noisy, droning all night, nothing that a little maintenance can't cure. I stay in Residence Inns often and this one is typical in that the rooms are great and the amenities are good. The reservation system has some issues since twice I made an online reservation just before arriving at the hotel only to discover the hotel was full. Staff is friendly.
