Spent the first week of April 2013. Studio is nice, clean, not a 5 star, but comfortable size. Unit has a seperate partial kitchen with french doors to the courtyard. If beach activities are what you're looking for, this is a great location. Rooms are nice. Keep in mind they are studio size. Avoid rooms 6 & 11, as they border the Pacific Coast Highway (We used a white noise app from our iPhone to cover the noise). We would stay here again.

Beso Del Sol is an old motel that has been converted into a timeshare vacation club property.
