I stay at one or two different places in Stockton during my travels and my budget always appreciates Motel 6. Cordial staff and a clean room with a decent level of security at night. Hard to beat the accommodations this day and time (for the money) and I always leave pleased.

Decent Motel 6. They were kind enough to give us another room, further away from the ice vendor. There's a guard all night long, which is quite unusual for a Motel 6. We saw the poor guy doing another shift the morning after at the parking lot of a mall close by.

The bed was clean and comfortable. The hotel was in pretty good shape. A faint smell in the room which went away when I turned on the heater. Ceramic in the bath tub was peeling away badly.
