The helpful staff, ultra clean rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, we were there only one night but we felt welcomed by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to provide for our specific needs. We look forward to returning for more family gatherings.

Great convenient location. For sure Hilton quality, if your traveling and looking for a great spot to get in and out of this is one of the best in the Bay area. I traavel often to the city and use this property often.

There web site and the materials in the room say they had a pool, NO POOL, so if you are looking to go for a swim or sit in a jacuzzi, turn your shower on, thats is as close you will get. Otherwise location is great, next to the 101 and no outside noise.

Check in on a Sunday was quick. I was assigned a room on the 7th (top floor) which looked out towards the Bay. Very quiet. Nice comfortable bed, desk, small refrigerator/microwave/coffee pot. The hotel amenities and staff are terrific. As a regular business traveler, I'd rate this hotel higher than most when it comes to cleanliness and helpful staff. In this case, I was here with my son and we were more than satisfied.

You need to call the hotel on your arrival at SFO to arrange for them to send their shuttle van to collect you in about 10 minutes.
