Unimpressive exterior and neighborhood but the room was clean and adequate. No frills and definitely worn. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Parked our car while on a trip out of SFO and returned to find it undamaged.

Although, my husband and I did not stay here on our last trip, we parked our car for 7 days at a very reasonable rate. The staff, especially Julie and Alvyn, were especially accommodating. The shuttle service to and from the airport worked perfectly. The next time we fly out of SFO, we plan on parking, staying and flying.

Great staff. Aryuli was most helpful and made my stay worth a return stay! Clean rooms that are comfortable. Good value for the price. Even though it is located near freeway, the noise factor was not Heard from my room and i slept just fine. i liked the breakfast they offered. I recommend. -Victoria
