My overall experience was excellent. Fresh bed linen and clean smelling room. I rented a room with a jetted bathtub and it was a great amenity for a very small upgrade. My coffee maker did not work and I should have reported it so the next guess wouldn't be disappointed, but I forgot to do so during check-out.

According to me this place is the best one to stay in if you are on a business tour. i stayed for 4 days last month and had a nice stay. staff is helpful and always at your service. most of the amenities are provided. Close to the airport hence travelling is convenient.

This made my stay in San Francisco easy, with shuttle service to and from SFO. The hotel and room were clean & comfortable. The bed was really comfy, and since mostly I just needed sleep following a very lont international flight, that was what I needed most anyway. I'd probably stay again, especially since I can use or get points.
