Stayed 4 nights in March; the single room condo was spacious and very clean and up to date. A complimentary package of Starbucks coffee was provided. There is a daily cleaning service, a nice extra we have not seen in other timeshare and rental condos. The grounds are immaculate, our check-in was pleasant and efficient. Sometimes problems happen when traveling and you have to be flexible. On our first night we received a written notice that the water would be turned off from midnight to 5:00am.
