It is an ok place. No air conditioning so you need earplugs if it is warm and your windows need to be open. Close to busy road so you will hear traffic and pool noise if you want to nap. Kitchen had everything we needed. Clean place nicely kept. Location was great close to San Diego and attractions.

Stayed here for a week in July on a timeshare exchange. We had a 2BR & it was extremely roomy. The room was recently remodeled. It was clean & the beds were comfortable. The resort is relatively small, with a pool & spa in the center. We didn't use many ammenities other than the pool & spa a few nights.... More

San Pebbles is in a great location. Close to the Del Mar Race Track, shopping, restaurants and the beach. Stayed there for the 2nd year in a row and will return. Contrary to one of the review I read, I thought the office staff was very nice and accomodating.
