At $95/night, a bargain during the week for this area! The room was large & clean. Bed was comfortable enough. Plenty of eateries nearby. Free wifi. Fridge in the room. Maybe the mattress wasn't as cushy as some hotels, but I stayed just one night.

We chose it for its location, a two-block walk from downtown. The beds were excellent and the architecture - the rooms all face a quiet courtyard - is too. There's no breakfast, but there is a coffee shop right in the same little complex for that first cup, and of course there are many nearby restaurants on Main Street for...

Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Staff easy and accesible. Location is the greatest asset. You can walk to downtown, maybe two blocks.
Walk to downtown, great cafe next door, clean. Queen beds are rather hard. Others in our party had no issues but I couldn't sleep. No microwave in room. Nice long tub. Has in-wall heater/ac. Wine glasses in room.
If you need to be in Sebastopol, this is walking distance to stores and restaurants and less expensive than specialty lodging in the area. Location is the main feature. Rooms are maintained, newly painted, sink is old, coffee stained, and needs replacing, bedding is marginal, and the robes are of no significance for a motel. There is no charge to...

We like Sebastopol when in the wine country and have stayed at Sebastopol Inn a number of times now. Office staff are very nice and ready to recommend restaurants and places of interest. There's a great little coffee cafe next door for espressos and breakfast also.
Sometimes you just want a friendly, quiet and reasonable place that's well taken care of with plenty of clean towels and comfortable bed , has a nice pool area for a relaxing dip and some sun lounging, and has no unpleasant surprises for you. That's exactly what we found at The Sebastapol Inn and we can recommend it without hesitation....

The Sebastopol Inn was a very easy and pleasant place to stay for a long weekend. It is conveniently located within walking distance to downtown. There are a couple good restaurants (Starlight Wine Bar, Hopmonk Tavern) and a cafe (Coffee Catz) that are very close. Room was quiet, spacious and had what I needed.
I stayed here with a friend this weekend, and it was perfect. Relatively inexpensive, yet clean and large rooms, and a surprisingly quiet and well-planned pool area. The owners did their best to make our stay enjoyable - providing advice, dinner reservations, etc. They even provided some (plastic) utensils for a picnic for us, at the last minute - no...

I had booked online based on reviews and my desire to be in Sebastopol for one night of my trip with my adult daughter. We were both immediately impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms. It was obvious that the management cared. The location is great because it's tucked back away from the main road behind the old...
