For $40, this was a great hotel. It was clean, recently updated and was very pleasant. The manager was very pleasant and professional.

Stayed here last night as we had unexpectedly decided to spend an extra/early night in the Peninsula for the New Year's weekend. This place is cheap ($65/night) and is set almost like a B&B. I grabbed this hotel on a recent business trip. For $60, I got a great room with a little walled in porch and grill. TV had HBO. Bed was comfy, lighting good. very nice room. Free coffee in the morning. I went across the road and drank my free coffee while watching the waves. Absolutely worth the price.
