Allowing us to check in early (10am) pushed this from a 3 to 4 star. Reception were also really helpful in general, filling us in on where we should hire bikes and also go for dinner during our one night stay. Great location right near the pier and the promenade. Good size rooms, too.

Its worth the premium for the location and the hotel is a good basic hotel. I think that the price is good for the location and the $31 parking is reasonable if you are there on the weekend. No one else can find anywhere to park so all of a sudden $31 isnt so bad.

You can't beat the location, walk outside your hotel and head to shops, restaurants, cafes, the Pier, biking, bars - perfect location!
