Over all the check in and check out time is great. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Would be great if there is hot breakfast. Staff are very helpful and responds to ones need.

Location: The hotel is located in Santa Monica, CA which is one of the more affluent areas in the Los Angeles metro area. The toilette was too small & too low to the floor and the bathroom light kept going off too soon. Other than that, the bathroom tissue box kept falling out of the wall and the bathroom sink drain-cap was loose. Also, my room clock was not set; I had to set it.

This hotel sucks! I've made a reservation or 3 nights but when I arrived I only wanted to escape!! The rooms where awful and they smelled!! Besides they charged me 129 dollars per night! I slept that night and cancelled the rest of the reservation. Don't go to this hotel if you can.

We loved staying here. There is a sun deck on the roof, perfect for Tai Chi in the morning. Economical and comfortable. The staff were wonderful. Great location with easy access to the beach and shopping. Free Parking!!
