Can't complain about the location, or the weather. This Hotel sits on nice hill, and it is great for a business or family stay. Quite, Clean, and comfortable. The price is a little high for me, but it is great for what they deliver.

From the outside this looks good. the rooms are OK but the facilities are mundane and the location on the outskirts of Scotts valley is close to nothing. The prices are moderate, perhaps reflecting that. The staff is courteous but not well informed. The breakfast is actually pretty good. There is plentiful nice trails around for running and hiking.

I loved this hotel because it was enough of a distance away from the busy Santa Cruz downtown area, but nestled in the woods. Go for a room on the 4-6th floor. Parkling lot is on 4th floor with separate entry - rear facing view of the forest. Nice place for a weekend getaway. Value is great during "off season"
