This is an older Embassy Suites but has all the comforts that come with Embassy Suites - Big rooms, a good happy hour and a great breakfast. The best thing is the location and access to all that is important in San Jose.

Best Hotel I have ever stayed at. Will be back! Entire family enjoyed it. Complimentary breakfast was incredible. Excellent Service. Rooms were very clean and beds are extremely comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and professional.

The reception and bar were very helpful, however the management a little short-sighted on their views. This hotel need to understand that business traveler have choices to stay and they to always be at the top of game. Do Not Assume....... If it wasn't for the hotel staff (bar) this would only be 2 stars

Stayed here last year (2012)... great location... reasonably priced and good rooms... Front desk generally very helpful... free cocktails in the evening - it may have been Manager's reception that day... overall good stay

Not up to chain standards; Seemed understaffed, undercleaned, and overbooked. I won't revisit. The staff on the whole was friendly, helpful, and did a good job. The facility is past due for a remodel I think.

Carpet in the room could of been cleaner. Other than that the room turned out just fine. Staff at front desk were great. Bartender was awesome. 2 hour free Manager drinks at the bar. Free breakfast which is great. All included in price of the room.
