I stay at this hotel every time I travel to San Jose. It is great for business travel, effecient, clean and extremely friendly. Business center is available, my only comment is wireless not always free. They have corporate deals, so check if your company has free wireless.

This Hilton falls below the usual high standard of Hilton brand - the room badly needs major renovation. WiFi connectivity was iffy, carpet was dirty, shower lacks water pressure, it is basically an older hotel waiting for renovation. The location is excellent, staff were friendly.

It is a pleasant surprise to find a hotel where the staff is so responsive. The front desk and restaurant staff was great, and the executive lounge was especially good. I wish more places provided such a nice mix of veggies and fruit in the evening and for breakfast.
