We are a well travelled family from the UK with two kids 10, 13. This hotel was clean and tidy lovely pool and spa, it's was of average price and it lived up to that price, Its not 5* but never paid 5* prices, you got what you paid which was a very nice hotel. The food in their restaurant... More

We stayed at the Lemon Tree Inn for one night last weekend and had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable. It's patio, with a table and chairs, opened onto it's well-maintained and landscaped courtyard and pool. The best part, though, was the hotel staff. They were so helpful with assisting us with our reservation, giving us recommendations... More

The location suits only if you're driving. I think the room was great. Comfortable beds. Nice pool outside and jacuzzi. Lovely background. Free wifi and parking. What we missed was a fridge. The bathroom slightly small. No breakfast facility. More

I stayed at this hotel based on reviews I read on tripadvisor. Some of these reviews were negative, but most were positive. My son and I stayed there from 3/15-3/17/2012. I previously had a room reserved at the Motel 6 North in Carpenteria for about 100 dollars for these two nights, but decided to spend 250 for a nicer hotel... More

My friend and I stayed here over a weekend in October. We arrived in Santa Barbara at around 5.30 p.m. with no room booked. After trying to get accommodation in a couple of hotels which were full, we asked a some local people if they ould recommend anywhere. They told us about The Lemon Tree saying it was a bit... More

The staff were very friendly and allowed me an early check in. The room was clean and comfortable--although the bed was very (very) firm and you should bring your own book light for reading in bed. A nice view of the courtyard/pool area with a private balcony. Hint: Request a room upstairs in the back. They only offer breakfast on... More

The hotel itself isn't the most modern, however very adequate and good for the price. The restaurant/bar was surprising nice and the food was delicious. I stayed over New Year's Eve and could hear people closing doors outside..the walls aren't the thickest. But, most places are loud on NYE anyway. BUTTTT, I ended up leaving a necklace in the room... Adequate, no more/no less. Everything tends to be expensive in Santa Barbara, so I can't blame the price on the place. Beds reasonably comfortable, rooms clean. No breakfast, no gym or exercise room, and the pool was beautiful but apparently not cleaned during our early January stay there. It was warm enough to swim, which made the floating bugs all... More
