It must be torture, having to come to Santa Barbara and be on business! Looking out of the window in the conference room wishing that you could be outdoors. “Absolutely adorable.”

This hotel is perfect. From the second we walked into the lobby, we were in love. Hardwood floors, gorgeous architecture, cozy fireplaces. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was yummy. The beds are so comfy. It was a lovely, lovely experience.

We do try to make the experience here a good one. Sounds like we hit the nail on the head this time. It's always a great morale booster to hear that we got it right. Thank you for your review and your kind words! We all look forward to seeing you again. More
