Customer service as average at best; it appeared that staff need more training on customer greetings. Food was average; not the best selections. However, rooms are very clean. I would recommend that management focus on customer greetings at the point of reception. This will go a long way in improving the ratings of the hotel. More

The hotel itself was terrific---clean, beautiful, and beautiful rooms/facility. With traffic, it is about a half an hour drive into LA. It is a littletricky because although they have a restaurant inside the hotel, it is on the expensive side with no complimentary breakfast.
