I was traveling to Sac for a last minute convention, picked this one because all the other hotels charged a ridiculous pet fee whereas Motel 6 didn't cost anything. I have stayed at a few higher end places so being a motel I didn't expect much just a place to rest during the day. I was completely impressed, first I... More

Very nice motel, front desk personnel were very friendly. Clean rooms, next to Applebees Restaurant. Microwave and refrigerator, but no coffee maker. We will definitely stay again. Smoking rooms available. Good place! More

No carpets, dirt in every corner, window screen falling off, bouncy bed and barron room without a clock but did have TV, Microwave and small fridge that froze everything you put in it. Just one small dining chair and a table.and the few towels provided were rough and very small the good news is that we weren't robbed while we... More

A former Vagabond Inn,now a Motel 6. Clean and comfortable, but wood floors.I guess easier to take care of. That was the ground floor room we were in. The biggest compaint I have was the towels. Disgusting old dingy scratchy rags,Bleach might have helped. You could see though them and they were so rough to the skin you could exfoliate your... More

I was staying in Sacramento and attending a convention and wanted to stay expensively. This Hotel 6 was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was helpful. It was a 20 minute walk to the convention which was easy. This was a Hotel 6 so there were I didn't expect or need anything more than a bed. The TV... More

The first time my husband and I stayed at this Motel 6, we were on a spur of the moment trip to Sacramento and decided to stay. We popped in, just to grab an inexpensive room. That first trip (Sept. 2009) we got a large room with a balcony, big bed...it was a great room, better than we expected. The... More

We are at the Expo every year for a week and have stayed for years at another property. At a frieds insistance we tried the Motel 6. From no heat, to no hot water (for more than three days on and off) the list goes on. Pool of course not working either. Carpets in room so dirty we had to... More

I've never stayed at a Motel 6 until now. Besides the excellent location, which is close to everything. I must say it doesn't feel like a motel at all.... if anything it feels like "Home away from home"... I've stayed for over a month and I really enjoyed it! The room was spacious, clean and I have no complaints what-so-ever!... More

Wow, this isn't like any Motel 6 I've stayed in. Nice sized room, shower head tall enough for my 6'2" frame, plenty of counter space near the sink, and a separate sink with the fridge and microwave below. There are a few places where the finishing work is a little lacking, but they are truly insignificant. When the wireless didn't... More

I suppose my first mistake was asking for a smokin room.Upon entering my room i was horrified. The room smelled terrible, carpet was discusting, furniture looked like it was pulled from a dumpster, stains on the pillowcase as well as pillow, the airconditioning did not work, there was no screen in the window, toilet was very unstable, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling.I probably would have found...
