Yes, this place is inexpensive. But their front office staff are terribly rude and do not seem to know a thing about customer service. I would give them a "1." However, the maids are friendly people.

I booked this room based on reviews on this site and was not disappointed, I just needed somewhere to lay my head down for one night, not fancy, not moving in but don't want to join a gang or risk my life either. A decent place without bedbugs as cheap as possible. At 85 bucks this is as good as...

I've stayed here twice in the last month for work. Commute to downtown SF is nice (30 mins) using Caltrain, and the hotel is right across the street from the station.
The hotel looks dated, but is clean. Not a lot of ammenities, and bfast is rather simple, but there are plenty of eaating places in walking distance. Drom the...

I recently stayed at this motel while in the area for a meeting.
Pros:
Clean room, microwave, refrigerator, comfortable bed, cable TV, pool, close to Whole Foods, Safeway, Starbucks and Cal Train. I had an inside room by the pool and it was so quiet I could hear my ears ring.
Cons:
The air freshener or cleaning products they use...

Our stay at the America's Best Inn met our expectations. The room was clean and large enough, and the beds were comfortable. We did have breakfast, which was fine, with a choice of cereals, danish, and toast with juice and coffee: nothing special, but certainly adequate. The price for the room was reasonable. The receptionist at the desk was not...

Do not stay here if you want to sleep. It is 1:48 a.m. and the air conditioner in the window ranges from quiet to extremely loud. Just as you adjust to one level of sound, it takes off to the next until the vibration of the motor becomes an annoying roar. Everything else about the place is fine, but what...

So we had an interesting stay here. We arrived here because I found generally good reviews from TA but made the stupid mistake of not making reservations. So when I walked in and told them I needed 4 nights, the staff immediately told me it was going to be difficult. Doh!
Some thoughts on the staff. The staff is run...

My employer put me up here for a week doing business in Redwood City. I was very skeptical when I saw the place but was pleasantly surprised when all was said and done. We had a ground floor room and the place looks cheap so I fully expected to hear noise. I was quite happy that I never really heard...

I stay here several times a month when I am visiting the home office. In fact, I have stayed here now several times a month for six years. I've watched kids grow up!
Anyway, this place is great. It's centrally located in Redwood City and a very easy walk to the downtown establishments, Caltrain, and other places. There is a...

We stayed at America's Best Inn in Redwood City for 7 nights while in the Bay Area for a wedding. We liked that the location was right across the street from a Whole Foods on one side and a Safeway, Starbucks, and Noah's Bagels on the other side. Lot's of choices for groceries and restaurants nearby. The rooms were nothing...
