After spending almost $100 for dinner at the onsite restaurant we doggie bagged our left over. Wanted to rewarm them the next day but there was no microwave in the room. Went to the front desk, they didn't have a microwave for employees either. Room was nice, clean, quiet. Bed was a bit firm but like mama bear I like... More

We were booked at a different Best Western, but the hotel had totally screwed up our reservation. The women at the front desk here was so nice enough to help us. She even gave us a room at a discount! This place is so nice! Clean, friendly, amazing! Definitely coming back. The other hotel just gave us attitude and drama... More

I booked this hotel on Priceline for a discounted rate. Now I realize that this may afford me one of the less desirable rooms considering I paid a discounted rate. However, when the motel is 90% vacant, I see no reason why I get stuck in the room facing the freeway. I asked for a non-freeway facing room, but they... More

Stayed here a lot, (have family nearby) just thought I'd make a comment, the place is one of the best B/W's we have stayed, big clean rooms, great beds, everything you need, great pool for the kids, excellant customer service, the resturant next door is amazing, great breakfests included in room fee, the breakfest is worth $10-15.00 alone, the place... We didn't realize it was spring break and everyone was traveling. Even with a full occupancy, the service was excellent and the extensive breakfast bar was kept full with a wide variety of food that would satisfy anyone's diet. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. We stayed in a room with a king... More

My wife and I stayed one night while driving north on I-5. The hotel is within several blocks of the freeway with easy access. Our room had two large Queen beds and the usual accommodations associated with Best Western hotels. Our downstairs unit was clean and comfortable, with a separate sitting area and table where I hooked up our laptop... More

My wife and I stayed here when passing through Redding. As far as Best Westerns go, you've seen one, you've seen them all. The rooms are very dated, but comfortable. It has everything you would need in a hotel. Its a good hotel if you are just spending one night. But its not somewhere I would want to stay for... More

My uncle and I stayed in a ground floor room in January 2012. To my amazement the T.V. was huge! I was also very happy that the mini fridge was plugged in and very cold. They had a heated pool, and heated kids pool. (1 ft. deep) As well as a hot tub. What did me in was the free... More

We chose this hotel based on good reviews, which turned out to be misleading. This hotel has been renovated and has a nice facade from the street. The rooms, however, are very small and dark. The building is concrete block and there is just one window facing a hallway. We were located under a stairwell, which permitted little outside lighting.... More
