Clean, comfortable rooms with fridge, microwave. The kids enjoyed the pool. Friendly service! The hosts recommended a great Mexican restaurant--it was so good we ate there both nights. Had a great weekend exploring Lassen Park.

Stayed recently, and while the staff was very nice, and the room OK for the price (yes the view is nice and the proximity to downtown great), I came out of the experience with bed bugs, and a fellow companion in another room had tons of bites. When he complained to the management, they said he brought the bugs in.
