There are two types of one bedroom villas...luckily we were upgraded to the larger and when we return we will pay extra for it. While the unit is larger it also has a patio right off the living room that extends to the bedroom as well. The smaller units you have to walk through the bedroom to get to the... More

Hello Moose1422 – What a great posting, it is always a pleasure to share these positive feedbacks with our team to reinforce that all their hard work drives a great guest experience. Glad you got a chance to enjoy the large (Premium) unit during your stay, it is definitely worth the upgrade from the smaller (Deluxe) unit when you want... More

We spent four nights at this Westin. Our experience was generally favorable. The pool area is very good. The water slide was a hit with our daughter and the resort's location was convenient to hiking in the mountains and along the San Andreas Fault. The resort has a man made stream running along a central common area with walking paths... More

Hello ChrisTuscon I had a chance to review your posting and want to thank you for recognize the positive benefits of being here including the good pool area, accented by our “curly Q” style slide. It is a hit with both kids and adults and we have just recently re-plastered the catch pool for the slide, helping it look renewed.... More

We had a one bedroom villa with a full kitchen. Each day, we went to a different pool, depending how many kids were in the pool. We had great service. Housekeeping, only once during the middle of the week, but if we needed something, it was delivered within 5 minutes. We had ground level with large grassy area outside our... More

LightTraveler33 – Thank you for traveling down from the great pacific northwest to visit us. Your posting is a great snapshot of the experience we strive for on a daily basis. I am particularly glad you had a chance to visit our BBQ area, we actually have two of those settings on property, one near building 45 and also near... More

We stayed here for a golf- pool vacation and were very disappointed by the very poor customer service. This place is not family friendly. We went to the kids club and were told that it was "reserved" for families touring the facility only. My inquiries to the manager were ignored and they made no efforts to speak to me. I... More

Elachon – Just reading through your notes and was appreciative of your feedback. We do have one kids club that is reserved for guests who are previewing the vacation ownership, and we also have a kids club at our hotel that we should have let you know about, missed communication opportunity. We do our best to accommodate families with our... More

This is a nice resort and we have been here several times. Unfortunately we picked a week that fell within spring break and it was swarming with kids. Normally this is not the case. The timing had a negative impact in several ways. There was a lot of noise, trash was scattered along the pathways, someone had grafittied a wall... More

Hello manglin – A busy time of year for us indeed. Spring break is a good time for us to enjoy visiting families, sounds like we could have done a better job of keeping up with trash control and monitoring the facilities, good observations thank you. While the exterior was a little busy than anticipated I am glad to hear... More

The Mission Hills Villas are a time-share development. As such the units are condominiums with kitchens including a microwave, refrigerator, ice maker and utensils. Units have a queen size bed in the bedroom and a foldout sleeper couch in living room. They also have spacious balconies with outdoor seating, lighting and an electric plug. The common outdoor areas are very... More

Hello Taniquan -- Thank you for your posting, appreciate you accurate description of our facilities, both within the Villa and the exterior. You are right about our main pool area, with the volley ball net, basketball hoop, activities station, ping pong and pool tables it is a very fun and exciting place to be. As you mentioned we do have... More

Very nice property, fun pool, great poolside service and restaurant. Fun water slide, next to a great golf course. Our "condo/room" was excellent, full kitchen, washer/dryer, lovely bathroom and a patio with table/chairs off the bedroom. The only negative things I have to say is there was a "10:00 am" check-out with no late check outs on Sunday but Monday... More

I wasn't given a room anywhere near the other people in my party. In spite of the group rate, we were all spread out... making it virtually impossible to easily spend time together. Next, the ceilings and floors are paper thin, so you'll be sure to hear the upstairs idiots and their kids running around like complete imbeciles at every... More

I stayed here at the end of January 2012 and totally LOVED every minute of it. Hugo, the concierge, was extremely helpful and made sure I had all of the information I needed to max out on all of the amenities at this resort as well as the surrounding area. My wife and I stayed on one of their package offerings. The villa was fine. It was clean, had a kitchenette that was fairly well stocked. The Westin is situated close to everything, even stores close by to buy supplies for the kitchen. I would stay here again for the same value - $389 for 4 nights. Car traffic at... More

dubrov13-- Thank you very much for your posting, we are happy to have the feedback on where we can improve.
