“Room review”

The hotel was adequate as a budget hotel for a short stay. The air conditioning in my room was noisy and the wireless internet did not work. Also the air condiitoning in the lobby and dining area did not work throughout my stay (3 days).

“I wouldn't stay here again.”

Very disappointed with my stay. A/C was not working right and very noisy. The pool area was always out of towels and lounge chairs when we went out there. Also, the room was very noisy. You could hear when anyone walked by. This hotel was not worth what we paid ($150/night incl taxes).

“Not bad for the price....”

A nice hotel, but not a destination. The price was right - $150/night. We tried to check in on time (4:00) but it still wasn't ready so they comped us 4 breakfasts. The room was clean and the hotel was pretty nice, but they seemed understaffed. When we went to breakfast, there were only 2 people for the whole place.... More

“Would Recommend”

Nice hotel. Clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Warm cookies at the front desk. My first room smelled like Bengay. I requested a room change and the staff was good about it. Would recommend the second floor as the first floor is a bit dark. I would stay here again.

Last minute decision to book a room to Palm Springs, called the hotel directly-they gave me a good deal. Excellent customer service at the front desk. Rooms were clean, pretty lobby. This hotel is centrally located to all in Palm Springs area. Very convenient to shops and restaurants at El Paseo Dr. Love the convenienience of the refrigerator. Breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient. Went out of their way to proide me extra service with my meal.
