First let me say the desk attendants are AWESOME. Diana especially helped me. Not to go into it very deep, suffice it to say I was losing my mind and she did everything in her power to get me checked in and settled. At a time I thought was going to be a horrible ordeal, she made it a little... More

Thank goodness this place was here for me and my husband when our "life crisis" hit us 14 months ago! Losing our home AND our health within a 48 hour period of time was devastating and scary for us, to say the least! One phone call to Lisa, the manager, and a small discussion later, and we had a "home"... More

Crossland is conveniently located where I am doing business. The rate is incredible for this area and the people are very friendly. The rooms are clean and there is free WiFi. Also a refrigerator, stove and microwave. The WiFi speed is somewhat unpredictable but if your room is in the right location (close to a router) it works well. They... More

Paid a very low price for a long term stay and got what I paid for. There were a few unsavory guests and I think one hooker. Live and let live? Had to move rooms at one point due to airco failing and next day discovered the previous "guest" had left bedbugs and I was covered in bites.

The only good aspect of this hotel was that it was very cheap (about $40 total through Priceline). However, after staying here, I would not have found that the low price was not worth the very low quality. The first room they assigned to me had not even been cleaned by housekeeping staff. I opened the door to find the... More

This place has the misfortune of being in one of the noisiest locations I've ever seen. The hotel is lengthwise parallel and only about 20 unimpeded yards from 8 roaring lanes of interstate on U.S. 50 (aka El Dorado Freeway). It's something you pick up on immediately, and with longer term guests already having sewn up the rooms not facing... More

The good: a kitchenette with ceramic dishes & a coffee maker The bad: funny smell, freeway noise, cheap TV & bed The ugly: overflowing metal trash containers in the middle of the halls While the room didn't look that dirty, walking through halls filled with overflowing trash cans combined with the room's odd smell made me want to avoid touching... I'll I have to say is that there was a crackpipe on the shelf above the toilet and hair in the bed. This is totally unaccetable!

I found this hotel on priceline, and for $35 (including tax), I considered it a very good price indeed. I've certainly paid more to stay at less nice places. The gentleman manning the desk guessed my name as I drove in (I arrived at 10:30, likely one of his last check-ins of the night) and had a card key ready... More

My room was second floor rear, which meant taking an elevator, then going through a trash can strewn garbage area, then through a fire door onto a stair landing where a gang-banger looking guy was hanging out, then through another fire door to the rear, meanwhile hoping that I would not be jumped in the stairwell, that the other unsavory-looking...
