Every staff member we encountered was excellent. Great room setups for families. Excellent breakfast and evening snacks. Location is not perfect if San Francisco is primary destination but if you avoid rush hour you will be fine. Ask for a room on second floor away from highway.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times for week. Place has been remodeled and is really nice. I have only had studio rooms but have been told everything is the same in terms of remodels. Booked 2 bed/2 bath suite while travelling with elderly in-laws. Layout was nice: king beds in each, 1 handicapped bath, comfortable living room & kitchenette, BUT bedrooms only had sheer curtains on french doors! Stayed here 2 nights with my father & stepmom. The place had 2 massive bedrooms with full bath so we had our privacy. Nice living room between the 2 rooms and a cool little kitchen wiht amenities like a coffeemaker stocked with coffee, etc. Nice spread for the buffet breakfast.
