My wife and I hadn't had more than 1 night away from our kids for 6 years (since they were born!), so I wanted to take her somewhere tranquil and gorgeous. We found the right place at Pescadero Bed & Biscuit. Peggy was a gracious hostess with superb attention to detail. Our Ocean Cottage was quaint and charming and boasted... More

We love that the town is so quaint and easy going, and so close to the ocean we love. One minute we are in a beautiful dense redwood forest at Butano State Park, and the next we are on Cabrillo Highway and the majestic Pigeon Point Lighthouse. Although we have stayed at different places in Pescadero, Peggy Walker’s Bed &... More

I have stayed at the Pescadero Bed and Biscuit three times, and each time was better than the last. I actually craved going there the third time, because I knew how much I would be able to "decompress". I have a stressful job, and this place is so peaceful that going for one night feels like you've been gone a... More

This is an outstanding place to stay if you are looking to get away from the daily grind. I stayed here with my wife and daughter. We rented the larger of the three places, and we had plenty of space. It is located in Pescadero, which is a small, welcoming town. Upon arrival, we were very happy with the location... More

My best friend and I just got back from a much needed girls getaway and stayed at the Pescadero Bed and Biscuit. From the moment we drove up we felt relaxed! We stayed in the ocean cottage. It looked straight out of a anthropologie catalogue. It had a rustic yet charming and comfortable feel. It was very clean and we... More

We went as three couples and each of us had one of the great cabins. We had this whole paradise to ourselves for the weekend. It is in a beautiful setting with open fields right next to Pescadero Creek. It is just a mile from the great little town of Pescadero and 3 miles from the ocean. It is easy... More

Three couples, three cabins, terrific experience ~ we're already planning our return! Charmingly renovated with many recycled, locally sourced and new materials, sensitive to the site in maintaining the footprint and appearance of historic farm buildings, and providing amenities in a compact, delightful, immaculate space, these cabins perfectly suited six friends. The largest of the cottages has a kitchen and... More

Pescadero Bed and Biscuit was an unexpected joy. We will return to the woodsy quiet, the deer in the meadows at dusk, the short hop into town, and the lovely cottage. Sadie, our dog, thought that she had died and gone to heaven. More

My wife and I were taken with the Pescadaro area when we drove through a couple of years ago and we decided to stay in the area while visiting our son in Palo Allto over Thanksgiving. The bucolic setting of the cottage and small cabin shown on the web were quite appealing. We considered the cottage, but settled on the... More

While being offended by this reviewer calling a newly painted and refurbished cottage that was just finished with a new bed, kitchen, shower etc. a 'skid shack', as soon as these guests had left we began addressing their concerns. The 'plank fence' is in fact a newly milled redwood fence that we drove considerable miles to a mill to obtain... More

After a late cancellation of a Yosemite trip last weekend, I wanted to find something great to do with my girlfriend for her birthday. I came across this little B&B online when searching for Airstream's. Lucky for us, Peggy had the Airstream available on only a couple days notice. This was a surprise for my girlfriend and she was indeed... More
