Located across from the Lodge, Casa Palmero is the place to stay at Pebble. Away from the crowds at the Lodge, it's a serene and relaxing spot. Excellent rooms with fireplaces and palatial baths. I have been going to Casa for 8 consecutive years and in the last 3 yrs. it has declined dramatically. The decline started with replacing decadent and delicious Belgian chocolates with Snickers and terrific Rombaur and Talbott wines at cocktail hour with mediocre $12 wines.
