Hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very pleasant. It was convenient to Old Town Pasadena, where we were going for an event. We enjoyed breakfast very much, especially the waffles and powdered donuts.

We were passing through and needed a place to stay for only one night. Stopped here and got a great deal @ less than $80 for the night. Appreciated the helpful staff. Also a decent breakfast to start the day out. Another Best Western right next door but @ a higher price.

We were in Pasadena for a Day at the Races with friends. It is very convenient to both the race track and shopping. The people at the desk were friendly and helpful. The Motel was also within walking distance of the Gold Line.

I stayed here for four days while I was in between apartments. It is a low-priced motel on Colorado Blvd, so my expectations were not high. But I found it to be perfectly fine for what it is. So noisy due to the AC in the wall and the street noise that we could not sleep the first night of a planned two-night reservation so we checked out early by one day and moved to a much less noisy hotel. However, the manager said "no refund" of the second night we did not stay.

Great location. The pillows were not comfortable. Bed was okay. Air condition was also too loud. Price was great. complimentary breakfast was good...............................................................

After being bugged out at a Motel 6, this Best western was a welcome relief. Got the last room. Wifi spotty room to room. Plumbing fixture problems in every room. Minor, but annoying. Needs a good remodel, in progress. Hotels fill up on weekends in area. Good, not great. Nice sushi across street!

What happened to Best Western? This is our second attempt to stay and maybe use our "rewards card". Didn't think the area was bad enough to have the lobby door locked and no sign or way to be let in. The bathroom again was a challenge, (this and another property, that time it was a toilet.) Could not turn on... More

We stayed at the Best Western Pasadena Inn on 02/09/2013. Check-In went fine as we arrived early. We stayed in room 104 which is next to the housekeeping staff office & the breakfast room.
