Went up to Paradise over weekend., found the staff courteous and polite. The rooms were neat and clean. The continental free breakfast consisted of pastries , juice, fresh fruits etc., which was quite filling. I enjoyed eating at the nearby Cozy diner (10% discount). Nice place for the right price and right comfort.

This property must have deteriorated since the last reviews were written. It was dark, dank and had mold and mildew in the shower stall. The "continental breakfast" consisted of a box of Twinkies and an unidentified cookie of some sort. Didn't get as far as the beverages...if any. This motel is quiet and affordable. It's very close to the Skyway so it is convenient for getting around Paradise. I enjoyed eating at the nearby Cozy Diner as well. What a weekend it was, surrounded by woods, excellent sunshine, a beautiful pool, and a nice and confy bed. Stay was a very pleasant one with a very polite and helpful motel staff. Enjoyed great meals at the Cozy Dinner restaurant next door. Surely will return back if in paradise again. Thumbs up for the motel
