Second hotel we checked into in Palm Springs that we checked right out of! Horrible condition, wouldn't even shower or sleep in the room. The rooms need major renovation. I loved this hotel! Beautiful landscaping, pools gorgeous, and I loved the theme with the white, black, and yellow, including the lemons. My husband and I came to the Viceroy after an awful experience at the zoo-like Riviera. It was such a magnificent and wonderful experience on the grounds.
