This was a huge disappointment. The resort is nothing like the pictures. It is small, old, and the hallways smell of stale food. The communal outdoor space is very small and is taken up mostly by the pool and two hot tubs. The bed linens are of poor quality and a great many rooms face out on a major street.... More

Nice location on the main drag, good pool, mountain view rooms with balconies. TV in living room and bedroom, DVD players, full kitchen, free parking, gas grill on every tarrace. Well maintained grounds friendly staff.

Great location, spacious, gorgeous pool and have an excercise room, game room and common area. Not beautiful on the outside, could use an update. But friendly staff, large rooms and great value. No restaurant or complementary breakfast. Did not have to pay for parking.

It's time for an update. They've finally upgraded the beds!! YES! They were very comfortable and I didn't wake up once like last visit. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at WorldMark Palm Springs. The 3 bedroom/3 bath condo was great! And the staff showed the epitome of customer service. I was very impressed.

The weekend was over crowded and loud at the pool. Not enough chairs and where all the people came from who knows. Guests were smoking cigs while in the pool and hot tub there was also a significant amount of beer bottles being drank poolside. Our lanai was small and dirty basically worthless. I would recommend Palm Springs over the Indio Resort. I wouldn't recommend Indio But would recommend Palm Springs Resort. Please get appropriate Pictures of Palm Springs Resort.
