We stayed Jan and Feb in #222 and last year stayed the same 2 months in #219. In response to the complaint about #223, I can assure you it has been taken care of. After thousands were spent by Deauville and the rightful heir, the property was reclaimed. It is now being completely rehabed and will be available for rental.... More

We have very close friends that own condos at the Deauville. My first stay was Christmas 2005, and recently Memorial Day 2009. The Landscape and grounds were very well taken care of on both trips. There are three pools on-site; all with hot tubs. If you wanted quiet, the smaller pools were the way to go. Me and my wife... More

Heads up! Iwas considering a purchase @ The Deauville in Palm Springs. Untill I realized that there in NO Management watching unit 223 traffic drugs with street bums in and out 24/7! Who could miss it?! These trashy crazy people open the "SECURITY" gate with a writing pen!! There is no simple way to contact anyone in charge there...disgusting! CLEAN... More

Myself and my wife stayed at the Palm Springs Deauville for 2 weeks in April this year with my parents and it was a great place to stay.
