We rented a 3 bed/3bath condo overlooking the village and it was fabulous. It was beautifully updated and had everything you needed for cooking/washing laundry. It was very clean.

Was there in the off season so village was very quiet. Irish bar is nice, great choc cake and Drew is a great bar man. Condo was nice sized but dreary in color and despite being a non smoking room stunk of smoke. I think the smell was coming from people outside smoking on a balcanoy. You can't seem to...

Good hotel located right at the base of the mountain at Squaw. Can't beat the location (walk right out to the lifts), and the kitchens are nicely stocked for basic cooking needs for a week. The village is lovely with lots of nice shops and restaurants.
The hotel room gets a bit hot and temperature control does not work, and...

My family and I just came back from a 2-night stay a 1 bedroom-suite in the Village. We had coupons from Western Athletic Club that made the rate very affordable. We usually stay at the Resort at Squaw Creek, so I have some comparisons.
Location - the best part, right in front of the entrance to Squaw and the village...

We loved this place! Four members of my family ranging from 11 to 55 stayed at the village for three days. Skiing conditions were perfect. Very convenient. The restaurants and shopping are great! Don't miss the aerial tram to high camp but use the quicker funitel if skiing. YOU MUST GO DOG SLEDDING AT WILDERNESS ADVENTURES! We are avid travelers...

I have just spent 5 nights at the Vilage at Squaw in a 1 bedroom condo. The location is great, the size of the condo and the amenities in the condo are fine BUT I was expecting much more for the price. The unit was tired and dark and dingy, the bed was uncomfortable and really creaky and you could...

We stayed in a two-bedroom condo at Squaw during high skiing season. You can't beat the location. Squaw is one of the nicest places to ski in Tahoe and is more adult-oriented than some of the other resorts. The PlumpJack Cafe is also a 3 minute walk from the hotel (plus the resort itself has a variety of shops and...

Female frontdesk employee Gabbie rude and argumentative. This english language challenged employee has a bad attitude that persists from year to year. The question remains why keep an employee that repeatedly mistreats the customer? Other reviewers have made similar observations. Beware.

I reserved a 3 bedroom condo for a family trip. Four adult couples for a ski / ride vacation. The condo its self was very nice. Large rooms, living area and balcony. The balcony overlooked the parking lot so the vibe of the village was not present. Had a large gas fire place. It housed all of us very nicely....

Dear MJamman:
Thank you for taking the time to post your review about your stay with us. I am glad you found the condominium comfortable.
Unfortunately it sounds like your check-in did not go so well and for that I wanted to sincerely apologize. I will certainly take the time to review this situation with our staff. It is concerning...

We have stayed here several times after staying at the resort and find village life more conducive to our vacations. The are lots of foods sources but breakfast in the traditional way forces you to expensive local hotels. Thank goodness for Starbucks! We are in a 2 bedroom mountainside condo that was nice to have a view.
