Hotel was really great. Perfect location for my job interview. Right in downtown, close to wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Rooms are getting shabby and thread bare. The concierge lounge is an excuse, with nothing but soggy store bought lemon squares at night. I guess still convent if paid for on business but it falls behind most other Marriotts of the same supposed caliber.

This is a great hotel to stay when in the east bay. Modern rooms, good food, and excellent customer service. Parking is expensive. Not the cheapest place to stay if your on a budget. Located in downtown near bars and concert venues.
