I paid just $37 for a room in this neat and clean facility The room has a refrigerator and microwave. Free wifi. Property also has a pool which is greatly appreciated when the temperature is over 100 F, which happens often in Needles. There is also a self serve and free breakfast starting at 6 AM.

My friends and I frequent this hotel in the summer during our trips to the Colorado River. The rates are easy on our wallets and the rooms are good for what you pay. The motel locates between 2 roads, you can hear the cars passing by all night. The breakfast is the worst among all the motels I stayed. It is a little cheaper for some reasons.

For the area, this hotel is much nicer than most. The rooms are large and clean, there is a wide variety of tv programming and WiFi is slow but usable. The walls are thin which means you'll probably wake up when your neighbor decides to take a shower in the morning, but that applies to pretty much any motel type... More

You can tell the owner takes pride in his property. Not a 5 star but it was clean, reasonable and comfortable. The owner was pleasant as well. We will be staying here again!

Large room, Directv, Traffic noise from I-40, cooing pigeons, but worst of all when the people next door showered, it seemed they were in our shower. But bed was comfortable and I slept really well, which is what getting a room is all about
