My partner and I stayed at the inn for a romantic retreat. We reserved massages ahead of time and enjoyed the sauna and hot tub before/after our excellent one-hour massage. The building is well designed, has interesting and beautiful rooms, with amazing views everywhere. The host was very accomodating and we enjoyed an abundant breakfast the next morning. More

My husband and I stayed for one night on Tuesday on our cross country trip from Seattle to Washington D.C. This is truly one of the best lodging experiences we have ever had. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the entire B & B is very clean. The beds are comfortable, there are fireplaces in each room, there is a... More

My husband and I spent 1 night at David's beautiful Shasta MountInn Retreat & Spa to attend an August wedding in McCloud. One word: Amazing! We have decided we must find a way to sneak away from the kids once a year to visit this gem in the heart of Shasta. Upon arrival, David offered us an upgraded room since... More

We spent two nights at the Inn in January 2012. The home is beautifully decorated, fully equiped, immaculate, quiet, and within walking distance to downtown. The host was very friendly and made us feel truly at home. So much so, I felt comfortable wearing my PJs to breakfast. We really enjoyed the healthy breakfasts (whole grain pancakes, eggs, veggies, yogurt,... More

What a wonderful B&B experience. David is a great host and breakfast was exceptional right down to remembering dietary restrictions. He makes you feel very much at home. We stayed in the Shasta Secret Room. The bed was so comfortable we could have taken it with us. Variety of pillows. The fireplace was great. We also appreciated the relaxation room... More

We spent two nights at the Inn and can't say enough good things about our stay. Dave is a great innkeeper and has thought of everything - from snacks in the kitchen to flashlights for evening walks in the neighborhood. More

This bed and breakfast offers an extraordinary level of comfort to the visitor. It is more than your typical B and B because it offers both privacy and yet a feeling of being at home. Cozy and comfortable with a very gracious host. More

The Shasta MountINN was the first B&B we have visited. My husband and I stayed for three days/two nights, which included Memorial Day, and had a wonderful time. So much so that we are looking forward to more adventures at our next stay at a B&B. We stayed in the Shasta Secret room which was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had... More
