Rooms are very small "cozy" but have recently been redone. New carpeting, basic bathroom 18" sink, New "VIZIO" flat screen TV. Our Queen bed was very comfortable. Has old air conditioner/heater but worked. Room has new frig & small Microwave & coffee maker. I think there are better places in Mt Shasta on offer.The beds are comfortable though. The breakfast on offer was poor and there are no cafes/restuarants open early (8:30ish) close by. The bathrooms are tiny and very quite a bit. The rooms have tea and coffee making facilities.

I just stayed one night here but I found everything to be great. Super clean, affordable rooms, quaint units, and friendly staff. It's not a luxury resort with a spa and gym, but it is comfortable well maintained, and clean - what more does a road traveler need? I will be staying here again for sure.
