The location is great. This hotel was within walking distance to downtown Morro Bay. The view from the rooms is wonderful. I have stayed here many times and I would recommend it.

The walls are incredibly thin. We could hear the conversation of people in the adjoining room. They were not speaking especially loudly, but the sound carried clearly to our room.
