This hotel was extremely clean. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and sparkling. The lobby was bright and cheerful and the staff was knowledgeable of both Monterey and the local area. I would highly recommend it.

I don't why this is called Best Western PLUS. It was MINUS pool, gym, laundromat and air conditioning. The walls were thin --- could hear the people in the next room and late night noisy group in the hall. Over-priced for what it offered. On the positive side, the location was convenient and covered parking was included.

the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great. It was a little noisy, we could hear the tv from next door and people arguing in the hallway ! it was expensive, although it was the cheapest hotel in that area !

We stayed here for two nights in April to break a San Francisco/las Vegas holiday. Room was very basic but adequate and clean. One gripe was it was very noisy and you could hear everything going on outside in the corridors. Breakfast area was too small for number of guests and this put us off having the already paid for...
