A great location but this hotel does not match what one normally expects from the Westin brand. The hotel looks dated and needs refurbishment. Saying that, I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and that counts for a lot.

I love Westin, they charge a premium but they are consistently well maintained and I always have a good stay, except for this one. I was extremely and happily surprised that the Westin's rooms were so nice with exceptionally comfortable beds. The Westin Millbrae at the San Francisco airport is extrememly convenient to the airport. The shuttle runs every twenty minutes and is a short ride. While not luxury, the hotel is reasonably nice, clean and has comfortable beds. In addition, the staff was very pleasant and helpful.
